these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Iterun, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If
you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. AI Coaching & User Responsibility
- Nature of Service: Iterun provides an AI-powered coaching experience. You acknowledge
that AI-generated suggestions are based on algorithms and may not always be accurate or suitable for
your specific fitness level.
- Safety First: You are responsible for your own safety. You agree to follow the "Medical
Disclaimer" provided within the app and consult a professional before engaging in high-intensity
training.
- Assumption of Risk: You use the AI training plans at your own risk. Iterun is not
liable for any injuries or health complications resulting from your use of the app.
3. Subscription & Payments (App Store)
- In-App Purchases: All premium features and coaching plans are billed through the Apple
App Store. Payments are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period.
- Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID
Account Settings.
- Refunds: All refund requests must be processed through Apple. Iterun does not have the
authority to issue refunds directly for App Store transactions.
4. License & Restrictions
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial
purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models.
- Use the app for any illegal purposes or to harm others.
- Use automated systems (bots) to scrape data from the app.
5. User-Generated Content
If you upload photos, comments, or race data:
- You retain ownership of your content.
- You grant Iterun a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display that
content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if we believe
you have violated these Terms or if your use of the app poses a safety or legal risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iterun and its creators shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, physical injury or data loss)
arising out of your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law
principles.
